How long does order processing take?

How will I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Please contact us first to initiate the process.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What if my package doesn’t arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 25 business days, please reach out to our support team at info.valmontstudio@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and make sure your issue is resolved.


I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

Contact us immediately at info.valmontstudio@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we can’t modify the delivery destination.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
