Do you ship physical products?
No. We do not sell or ship physical products ourselves. Instead, we provide instant digital access to vendor links so you can purchase items on your own terms — often for a fraction of traditional retail pricing.
How will I receive my digital file?
Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive a download link via email. Your PDF file will also be available for instant access on the order confirmation page.
How long will vendor orders take to arrive?
Vendor processing and delivery times vary, but most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 10–15 business days (around 2-3 weeks). You’ll typically receive a tracking number once your vendor ships the item.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
I didn’t receive my file. What should I do?
First, check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders. If the file still isn’t there, please contact us at info.valmontstudio@gmail.com, and we’ll resend it right away.
Do discount codes work on all products?
